Pricing Policy
- We reserve the right at any time to modify our template pricing on our website with or without notice. No discounts or refunds will be provided to match previous pricing you had seen before this change or if templates go on sale after you had purchased.
- Each template purchased may be used for one project only (one purchase = one use).
- You are strictly prohibited from sharing the templates with additional users who have not purchased one. Additionally, any additional files, graphics, design elements that come with the templates may not be shared either.
- Templates and the files included in the purchase may not be resold, recreated, redistributed, or reproduced.
- All designs are owned by Amaré Creative (Salsal Design Inc). You are not permitted to claim or promote these designs as your own.
- Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. All imagery must be replaced with your own photos or sourced by you. We are not liable for any licensing/copyright issues that may occur through unlawful use of the images, fonts, or graphics.
- Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.
- The site credit at the bottom of all templates must be displayed at all times with an active link to Amaré Creative's Shop website.

Refund Policy
- Due to the fact that all of our products are digital, we cannot offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds. All sales are final. Before making a purchase, please ensure that you have read all the information provided about the product and reviewed the template demo. If you have any questions about the templates and cannot find the answer on our website, please contact us here.
PAYMENT PLAN POLICY
- By choosing the payment plan option when checking out, you are required to complete your plan or it will be considered theft, and further legal action will be taken. You hereby authorize our continued access to your financial and contact information stored by our third-party financial processing company until your payment plan is complete. All outstanding payments will be automatically taken from your account as stated in the invoice. You must ensure that the payment method you are using does not expire within this time frame and that you have enough money to cover all remaining payments. Amaré Creative reserves the right to lawfully recover any outstanding monies owed. After 30 days of a late payment, Amaré Creative reserves the right to send you to collections, upon which you will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
Template Support Policy
- We will provide support for issues relating to the template itself and the files provided or any problems that might arise with these. We will not be responsible for any issues involving the Showit platform itself or helping with general Showit questions. For non-template related support regarding the Showit platform, please contact Showit's team.
